NEFS has a full-time safety staff that conducts daily job site inspections and weekly safety audits, provides training and education for all employees, and performs ongoing support and maintenance of our safety programs.
We have instituted comprehensive work policies and procedures to ensure safe operations, and we insist that such rules be followed by every NEFS employee and by all of our subcontractors.
We make safety a condition of employment.
It is our priority to comply with all established safe work practices as well any additional health and safety regulations and recommendations. Our objective is to reduce the number of workplace accidents to an absolute minimum, establishing an injury-free work environment.
We require all employees to take responsibility for the overall safety of themselves and their coworkers while onsite. Safety is never compromised in the name of production, as every employee is familiar with NEFS's safety goals and acknowledges their commitment to this culture.
Our most important asset is our people and we are committed to ensuring their health and well being.
